I am Fabian Lang, software engineer, project lead and founder of codeALang. My path combines technology, project leadership and a strong understanding of people, processes and business context. After several years in software development, IT project management and technical consulting roles, I now work at the intersection of product, team and technology.
codeALang was founded in 2026 to develop digital solutions that do more than just work technically: they create real value in everyday business. I support companies from the first idea through technical conception to implementation and long-term development. The result is websites, web applications and custom software that are clearly structured, easy to use and built on a solid technical foundation.
A major focus of codeALang is data security and responsible handling of information. I align my work with Swiss and European data protection laws and consider architecture, hosting and data flows from the beginning to build solutions that are transparent, secure and data-conscious. Whenever possible, I work with hosting, data storage and infrastructure partners from Switzerland or Europe.
My vision is a digital working world where software supports people instead of overwhelming them. codeALang stands for solutions that simplify processes, make knowledge accessible and help companies implement their ideas securely, efficiently and sustainably.

My path combines technical depth with project responsibility and product thinking. I have developed web applications, created technical concepts, built prototypes and supported software solutions over longer periods of time. Along the way, I gained experience with modern frontend and backend technologies, agile software development, CI / CD, automated testing and software architecture.
In addition to development, I have repeatedly taken on coordinating and responsible roles. I have planned IT projects, refined requirements with stakeholders, set priorities and supported teams during implementation. Today, I combine project leadership, product ownership and agile mentoring, working where technical delivery, communication and product decisions meet.
My earlier experience in technical consulting still shapes how I work: good software does not start with code, but with understanding the problem. That is why I value clear communication, realistic solutions and digital products that truly work in everyday use.
